Damon Marrero has been actively involved in the nonprofit sector since 2016, with a strong focus on youth development organizations. His passion for making a difference in the lives of young people has driven his work, leading him to co-found One Type Inc. with his son Elijah, who has Type 1 Diabetes. One Type Inc. is dedicated to providing support and resources for individuals and families affected by Type 1 Diabetes, reflecting Damon’s commitment to fostering community and empowering those in need.
